Aidan Lunn erupted for a career-high 39 factors as Manchester Township defeated Toms River South, 71-70, within the quarterfinals of the fortieth WOBM Christmas Traditional Steve Gepp Bracket at RWJ Barnabas Enviornment in Toms River.
Lunn, a senior, was one level away from tying the report for factors in a sport of 40, set by breakout Joe Spitale in 1986 and matched by Lacey’s Chris Fleming in 1987.
Lunn additionally pulled down 10 rebounds for his third double-double of the season.
Marquis Goins scored 18 factors and 4 steals for Manchester Township (1-3) and Nezer Battle added eight factors and 6 rebounds.

Within the defeat, Shane Gambarone scored a career-high 31 factors for Toms River South (0-3). Khary Pringle scored 17 factors and Mark Avendano added 12 factors.
