(Reuters) – Apple has agreed to pay $95 million in money to settle a proposed class-action lawsuit claiming its voice-activated Siri assistant violates customers’ privateness.
A preliminary settlement was filed Tuesday night in federal court docket in Oakland, Calif., and have to be authorised by U.S. District Choose Jeffrey White.
