Agartala: Tripura Police arrested A Bangladeshi Mom and her minor daughter in West Chandrapur, Dharmanagar, North Tripura District, as they try and illegally cross the worldwide border into Bangladesh.
Based mostly on a tip-off, the police raided Nasir Ali’s home and arrested the 2 folks. 5 others who have been current on the scene fled the scene.

The 2 detainees are Nazma (35 years previous) and her minor daughter, each residents of Khulna in Bangladesh.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Nazma traveled from Bangalore by practice and paid a bribe of Rs 10,000 to a human trafficker to facilitate their unlawful border crossing.
The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident. Efforts are at present underway to arrest the 5 people who fled the scene and monitor down the human traffickers concerned within the smuggling try.
