Dibrugarh: Dibrugarh College and the Jorhat Rainforest Analysis Institute of the Indian Council of Forest Analysis and Training have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on analysis and initiatives geared toward sustainable use of pure assets, worth addition, and group improvement within the area.
