TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese group Nippon Metal mentioned on Thursday it had revised the time limit for its takeover of US Metal, saying it was assured the acquisition would defend and develop the American firm.
The estimated time limit has been revised to Q1 2025 from Q3 or This fall 2024 beforehand.
