Guwahati: Manipur Police have arrested two members of the banned Kangleipak Communist Get together (Folks’s Struggle Group) (KCP-PWG) from Imphal West district.
The arrested people, cadres recognized as MD Imtiaz Khan and Iringbam Gulabi Singh, are concerned in extortion actions.
