Investing.com – Polish stocks were lower after Friday's close, as losses in , and sectors dragged shares lower.

The best performers of the session were CD PROJEKT SA (WA:), which rose 3.55% or 6.85 points to trade at 199.85 at the close. Meanwhile, Orange Polska SA (WA:) added 1.80% or 0.14 points to end at 7.79 and Text SA (WA:) rose 1.20% or 0.80 points to 67, 40 at the end of the session.
The worst performers of the session were Pepco Group Nv (WA:), which fell 4.63% or 0.76 points to trade at 15.67 at the close. Bank Millennium SA (WA:) fell 2.70% or 0.25 points to end at 8.84 and Jastrzebska Spotka Weglowa SA (WA:) fell 1.77% or 0.44 points to 24.39 .
Declining stocks outnumbered rising stocks on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 276 to 226, and 114 finished unchanged.
CD PROJEKT SA (WA:) shares hit a 52-week high, a price that hit a 52-week high. gaining 3.55% or 6.85 to 199.85.
Crude oil for January delivery fell 1.52% or 1.04 to $67.26 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for February delivery fell 1.30% or 0.94 to $71.15 a barrel, while February gold futures rose by 0.51% or 13.40 to trade at $2,661.80 per troy ounce.
EUR/PLN was unchanged by 0.03% at 4.27, while USD/PLN rose by 0.13% to 4.04.
U.S. dollar index futures rose 0.18% to 105.89.
