MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia’s Federal Safety Service (FSB) stated on Thursday it had foiled a number of plots by Ukrainian intelligence companies to kill high-ranking Russian officers and their households in Moscow utilizing bombs disguised as electrical chargers or recordsdata.
