Imphal: An 18-year-old youth suspected to be a cadre of the Kangleipak Individuals’s Revolutionary Occasion (PREPak) was allegedly killed in an encounter with police in Thoubal. Manipur on saturday.
The deceased was recognized as Laishram Prem Singh.
